Pricing includes: Walkthrough of the IRS application, verification of accuracy, and submission. If the IRS requires additional information, I assist with that as well, at no extra cost for this service.

Service Description: Selection and registration of the Registered Agent for the business.

What this means for you: If you are not using yourself, someone else has to be your Registered Agent and there are paid services I can help you find.

Pricing includes: Hourly rate for pulling and vetting sources for registered agents and filing the selected service. If you provide me the name of the Agent or Service directly I will only charge $20 to file registration with them and the state for you.

Service Description: Drafting of the internal governance document defining ownership, profit/loss sharing, and management structure of the LLC.

What this means for you: I draft your Operating Agreement, which outlines who owns the company, how profits are shared, and how decisions are made. This is critical for protecting your LLC structure, especially if you have multiple owners.

Pricing includes: Initial draft, one round of revisions, and final version. Additional revisions billed at $100/hour. To save time and money, please ensure all owners are in alignment with this agreement during the primary revision round.

After that, if requested: Hourly rate of $100 per hour, minimum 1-hour charge, for preparing the forms and applications for you to sign, providing you with the various login credentials associated with each entity for your records and future use, and then filing the registrations and/or applications with the various entities required on your behalf, and then providing you with the receipts and credentials now associated to your business.

Additional time: Work exceeding the 12-hour cap is billed at $100/hour, with a minimum 1-hour charge.

Additional time: Work exceeding the 40-hour cap is billed at $100/hour, with a minimum 1-hour charge.

Service Description: Full configuration of custom domain registration, DNS management, SSL provisioning, and secure site activation at the client's chosen domain address. If you already have a domain, I'll configure it instead of registering a new one.

What this means for you: I help you register and set up your custom domain, configure it so your website loads correctly, and make sure SSL is installed so the site shows as secure with the lock icon.

Pricing includes: Domain registration assistance, DNS configuration, SSL provisioning, site activation. Payment due at project start.

Note: Domain registration and external SSL provider fees are separate, paid directly to the respective vendors, and remain the sole financial responsibility of the client.

Service Description: Ongoing website maintenance including security monitoring, core and plugin updates, automated daily backups, and basic uptime monitoring to ensure site stability and security.

What this means for you: I monitor your website for security issues, keep your software updated, and back up your site every day. I also monitor if your site goes down. You don't have to worry about security or updates, I handle it so you can focus on your business.

Pricing includes: Security monitoring, software updates, daily backups, basic uptime monitoring. Billed monthly in advance.

Service Description: All Basic plan features plus two content updates per month and performance monitoring. Ensures site freshness, speed, and ongoing optimization.

What this means for you: Everything in Basic, plus I make up to two updates to your content each month. I also monitor your site's speed and performance to keep it loading fast.

Pricing includes: Basic features, 2 content updates/month, performance monitoring (speed testing and optimization recommendations). Billed monthly in advance.

Service Description: All Standard plan features plus priority support and monthly SEO review. Provides comprehensive coverage for businesses that rely heavily on their website for revenue and operations.

What this means for you: Everything in Standard, plus you get priority support and a monthly review of your SEO to make sure you're showing up in Google searches.

Pricing includes: Standard features, priority support, monthly SEO review. Billed monthly in advance.

Service Description: Professional, SEO-informed content creation tailored to your industry and audience, including keyword research, engaging copywriting, and strategic positioning for your website pages. I write service pages, landing pages, blog posts, and other website content.

What this means for you: I write professional, SEO-friendly content for your website. I research your industry, find what keywords your customers are searching for, and write engaging copy that speaks to your target audience.

Pricing includes: Keyword research, copywriting, strategic positioning, one round of revisions. Up to 500 words per page. 50% at project start and remainder due on delivery.

Additional revisions: Additional pages or content beyond the word limit are billed at $100/hour. Additional revisions beyond the included round are billed at $100/hour.

Service Description: A continuity discount applied to any Comprehensive Website Development Tier when purchased within 45 days of completing a comprehensive business formation package.

What this means for you: If you trust me to handle your entire business formation, whether as an LLC, Sole Proprietorship, or Nonprofit, you become eligible for a 10% discount on your website development when you build your site with me within 45 days of completing your formation paperwork.

Pricing includes: 10% discount applied to the total cost of any Comprehensive Website Development Tier (Starter, Professional, eCommerce, or Enterprise). This discount is applied automatically when the website development service is booked within 45 days of formation completion.

Eligibility: This credit applies exclusively to clients who complete one of the following comprehensive formation packages: Comprehensive LLC Formation Package, Comprehensive Sole Proprietorship Package, or Comprehensive Nonprofit Formation Package.

Validity: The discount must be claimed within 45 calendar days of the formation package's completion date.
